Eurovision Party and Pizza Toasts
Saturday one of my friends invited me to a "party" to watch EUROVISION! It's basically a European-wide American Idol type of show! Oreo stuffed chocolate chip cookies were made! All you do is mold cookie dough around an oreo. FYI, this is a very messy process haha.
Since watching Eurovision, I've become a little obsessed with European boy bands. Seriously I cannot stop listening to this video!!! I think they sound like NSYNC, Backstreet Boys, LFO, and 98 Degrees mixed together. Basically a dream come true. How did I not hear about them in 2001 when they became famous?
Thank goodness I ran out of mozzarella cheese, because I had pizza toasts almost daily last week. I used Ezekiel bread, mozzarella cheese, marinara, tomatoes, onions, basil, garlic, and pepper! They only take about 5-10 minutes!
I'm off to work on my thesis some more before I can relax for the day. We've had torrential downpours since last night! Hopefully the thunderstorms have subsided so that I can enjoy a nice sunset like this tonight...

Oh my goodness those cookies look incredible! That is an amazing idea! I can't wait to make those as soon I return to the US :)
