Sunday Funday

Right now I'm sipping on some of my favorite tea (Constant Comment) and eating mini chocolate chips. This tea reminds me of my Mom because it's been one of her favorite teas for as long as I can remember.

Don't you love the time of the semester when your room begins to resemble the aftermath of a tornado? I have books stacked on top of books in my bookcase and at least 3-4 piles of books/papers scattered throughout my room.

I've been making a ton of greek salads lately. FYI you can buy a container of feta cheese at Costco for the same price as a size that's 1/4 of the size at a grocery store : )

And today I made quite a mess in the kitchen while making tuna salad:

You see...the part of the oregano shaker that has the holes was missing...so I went to sprinkle a smidgen of oregano into the mix and half of the container poured out. WHOOPS! Luckily I was able to scrape most of it out! I make chicken and tuna salad the same way:

Chicken or Tuna Salad
-2 cans tuna or 2 chicken breasts
-Mayo (add however much you want- I hate mayo so I add enough to make things stick together)
-Mustard (2 TB?)
-Pickle relish stuff
-1 apple cut up small or grapes
-Paprika, oregano, and pepper

I just realized this sounds like an odd mix of things, but it's really good!
